I’ve used the WODies for years and never leave home without them

I started CrossFit nearly a decade ago. One thing I realized very quickly was the importance of grip and wrist support.

That’s where the JerkFit WODies 3 Hole Gymnastics Grips come in. These grips are designed for anyone who lifts weights or engages in CrossFit-style workouts, making them one of the best CrossFit gloves in the market. As a CrossFit enthusiast myself, I felt compelled to give these a shot many years ago and see how they performed.

After using them for many years, and cycling in through multiple pairs (because of normal wear and tear), I can confidently speak into the quality and effectiveness. My experience with these CrossFit gloves/grips includes workouts utilizing:

  • Durability: After months of use, they still look and feel brand new. The stitching is well-done, and there are no signs of wear or tear.
  • Proudly Made in America: I appreciate that these grips are made in the USA. It feels good to support local craftsmanship.
  • Versatile Use: They perform well in various exercises. Whether I’m doing pull-ups, lifting, or even Pilates, they work effectively across the board. These WODies CrossFit gloves are versatile and highly functional.

What Can Be Improved

  • Callus protection on bottom of fingers: While they protect my palms and the webbing around my fingers, I sometimes will get blisters on bottom of my fingers if there’s significant bar work and the WOD is long. BUT, this is super rare!
  • Drying Time: They can get a bit stinky after a while and require washing and hang dry.
